JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based performance growth partner working with home service companies. We scale our clients through paid acquisition, sales optimization, and full-funnel growth systems. We bring e-commerce-level marketing rigor into an industry that has been operating a decade behind, and we're growing fast.
We're hiring a Head of Growth / Performance Marketing Manager to lead acquisition and retention strategy across our client portfolio. You will own the full growth engine — paid media, landing pages, offers, lead nurture, and channel expansion — with the goal of scaling home service brands from $0 to $1M+ per month in under 12 months.
This is a hands-on role. You will be inside ad accounts daily, reviewing creative, auditing funnels, running tests, and working directly with creative, dev, and sales teams to crack the code on every account. You'll learn directly from the owner, who currently runs strategy on every client account.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Own paid acquisition strategy and performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, PMAX, and Local Services Ads
Develop offers, hooks, and creative angles that convert cold traffic into booked appointments
Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and booking flows for maximum conversion
Design and manage email and SMS programs — speed-to-lead, nurture sequences, estimate follow-ups, review and referral flows, and reactivation campaigns
Identify funnel weak spots across the full customer journey: lead ? appointment ? close ? repeat
Reverse-engineer scaling competitors and translate insights into testable strategies
Identify and test new acquisition channels with clear hypotheses and cost thresholds
Partner with sales leadership to improve close rate, speed-to-lead, and revenue per lead
Report on and optimize the metrics that matter: CAC, LTV:CAC, gross profit per job, booked appointment rate, close rate, revenue per lead

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or growth roles
Deep, hands-on expertise in paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and paid search (Google, PMAX)
Proven track record scaling brands profitably — you can point to specific accounts and numbers
Strong understanding of email and SMS as acquisition and retention levers
Sharp creative instincts: you can give fast, decisive feedback to copywriters and designers
Experience building and optimizing landing pages, lead forms, and conversion funnels
Obsessed with reverse-engineering funnels and studying what's working in the market
Analytical and metrics-driven — you think in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and unit economics
Strong written and spoken English — you'll be communicating directly with U.S. tea ---------- mbers and clients
Self-starter who can operate with full autonomy in a fast-moving environment
No ego. Humble, hungry, and willing to do whatever it takes — including the menial work
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to overlap with U.S. business hours

BONUS POINTS:

Prior experience with home services, local services, or lead-gen businesses
Familiarity with call tracking platforms, CRMs (ServiceTitan, Jobber, GoHighLevel, HubSpot)
Experience working with sales teams and CSR/call center operations
Background in DTC or e-commerce growth (we bring e-com principles into home services)
Experience building automations in tools like Zapier, Make, or GoHighLevel

CULTURE:
This is a relentless execution culture. We move fast, we hold each other to a high bar, and we reward results — not hours worked. If you want a chill 9-to-5, this isn't for you. If you want to learn from operators running multi-million-dollar accounts, take real ownership of growth strategy, and earn real upside as we scale, apply.
HOW TO APPLY:
Send your application with:

A 60-second video introducing yourself in English — pitch us on why we should hire you
Two specific case studies — brand, starting point, ending point, what you did, what metrics moved
Screenshots from ad accounts you've personally managed (blur sensitive info if needed)
Why you want this specific role

Applications without a video and case studies will not be considered.
