Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance incentives + sales bonuses, with high performers able to earn up to PHP 70,000 per month through bonus opportunities.
Schedule: Rotating 10-hour shifts across AEST business hours, with approximately 3–4 shifts rostered per week.
Leave: One week paid leave per year

Inbound Sales & Dispatch Specialist

This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role focused on converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional customer support.
You will manage inbound roadside assistance calls, coordinate technicians nationwide, and ensure urgent jobs are handled efficiently from start to finish.
This role is best suited to candidates with previous roadside assistance, emergency dispatch, towing, transport coordination, or high-volume dispatching experience, as the environment requires strong multitasking skills, urgency, and confidence managing time-sensitive situations.

Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Achieve a minimum of 35 confirmed jobs sold per month
- Maintain strong inbound conversion rates
- Deliver exceptional customer service under pressure
- Efficiently coordinate and manage live dispatch operations
- Accurately handle bookings, job updates, and technician coordination
- Maximise every inbound sales opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales & Customer Service
- Handle inbound calls from customers requiring urgent roadside assistance
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through confident communication and objection handling
- Deliver calm, empathetic, and professional customer support
- Collect deposits and accurately record booking information
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Dispatch & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate technicians across Australia using dispatch and booking platforms
- Monitor live jobs and technician availability in real time
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Communicate with customers and technicians via phone, Slack, Gmail, and SMS
- Prioritise urgent and high-pressure jobs efficiently
Quality Control & Administration
- Review jobs daily to ensure accurate completion and closure
- Identify missed opportunities, incomplete bookings, or operational issues
- Maintain accurate records in GeoOp and Xero
- Ensure ETAs, notes, discounts, and call outcomes are properly logged
- Support operational compliance and workflow accuracy
Process Improvement & Team Support
- Assist with updating templates, documents, and operational processes
- Participate in Slack huddles, training sessions, and coaching
- Support escalated customer concerns when required
- Contribute ideas to improve dispatch efficiency and customer experience
- Be comfortable participating in video meetings and team collaboration
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in:
- Roadside assistance dispatch
- Emergency or high-volume dispatch environments
- Strong understanding of fast-paced roadside assistance workflows and urgent customer situations
- Experience coordinating mobile technicians and managing live jobs in real time
- Ability to confidently explain services and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Excellent attention to detail when managing bookings, ETAs, and customer updates
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Comfortable supporting customers dealing with vehicle misfuelling i
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Gmail, and web-based dispatch systems
- Comfortable using Slack and participating in online meetings and huddles
- Reliable work-from-home setup with stable internet connection
Highly Regarded
- Previous experience in:
- Misfuelling or fuel recovery services
- Automotive roadside assistance
- Mechanical or vehicle service coordination
- Knowledge of Australian roads and geography
- Experience working with Australian customers or operations
