JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant / Financial Operations Manager to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who can help manage and organize the financial side of our company and clients while keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing bookkeeping and financial records
• Reviewing financial and business documents
• Organizing and tracking client payments
• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Following up on outstanding balances and invoices
• Assisting clients with financial questions and financial organization
• Keeping company finances organized and up to date
• Monitoring transactions and reporting inconsistencies
• Working alongside management to improve financial systems and organization
• Reviewing and analyzing financial documents for accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

• Strong bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Must know how to read and analyze financial documents including:

* Business and personal tax returns
* Bank statements
* Profit & loss statements
* Balance sheets
* Cash flow statements
* Financial projections
* Revenue and expense reports
* Ability to understand and review financial projections and business performance
* Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Ability to manage multiple client files at once
* Professional communication and reliability
* Experience in business funding, lending, underwriting, or financial services is a major plus

We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, organized, and capable of helping keep both company and client finances fully structured and under control.

This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth inside a fast-growing financial consulting company.
