JOB OVERVIEW

We're a boutique branding, web design, and web development studio based in the UK, working with clients across the USA and internationally. We build premium brand identities and conversion-focused websites. Our team is fully remote, close-knit, and genuinely good at what we do.

We're hiring a Project Manager to own client communication and keep every project running on time and on brief. This is a full-time role with real responsibility — not a VA position, not a task-ticker.

**What you'll be doing:**

- Own the communication channel between clients and our internal team (brand designer, UX/UI designer, web developer)
- Build and manage project timelines, milestones, and task lists in Asana
- Translate client feedback clearly so the right tea ---------- mber knows exactly what's needed
- Send clients proactive updates and progress summaries — without being asked
- Keep everyone on schedule and accountable
- Deliver projects on time, on scope, and at a high standard
- Spot process gaps and bring better systems to the table

**You must have:**
- Flawless written and spoken English — client-ready, always (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience managing branding or web design projects end-to-end
- Obsessive attention to detail — nothing slips, ever
- Confidence running client communication independently via email and Slack
- Solid experience with Asana and Google Workspace

**Big bonus if you have**
- Familiarity with how websites are built and Figma,

**Salary:** $3–$5/hour based on experience, paid monthly. Full-time, 7/8 hours/day.
