ABOUT THE ROLE
We run a faceless YouTube channel focused on survival and underdog storytelling. We're looking for a reliable video editor to join our team and handle daily editing for our long-form content. Scripts and audio files are provided, your job is to bring them to life visually. This is a straightforward editing role, not a complex VFX position. If you're consistent, fast, and detail-oriented, you'll do great here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit 1 long-form video per day based on provided scripts and TTS audio
- Sync and stretch stock/AI-generated clips to match voiceover pacing
- Add text overlays, captions, and on-screen subtitles
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with our channel aesthetic
- Deliver exports in the correct format and resolution (1080p/4K)
SOPs & ONBOARDING
We've done the hard work for you. Everything you need to edit for this channel is documented in clear, beginner-friendly SOPs. No guesswork, no figuring things out on your own.
- Step-by-step editing workflow documented from start to finish (file structure, naming, export settings)
- Visual style guide with examples (fonts, text overlays, color grades, pacing)
- AI tool usage guide included so you know exactly what to use and how
- Direct communication channel — we're responsive and want you to succeed from day one
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience with CapCut (mandatory)
- Solid general video editing skills — pacing, cuts, transitions
- Experience using AI tools for content generation (image/video)
- Reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily deadlines
- Good communication skills — you'll update us after every delivery
- Portfolio or sample edits showing your CapCut work
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with faceless YouTube content slideshow format
- Experience with AI video/image tools like Runway, Kling, or similar
- Eye for cinematic storytelling and atmospheric visuals
COMPENSATION
- $250 - $300 per month (30 videos)
- Roughly 1-2 hours of work per edit
- Payments via PayPal

Send us the following to be considered:
1. A short motivation letter — tell us why you want this role and what makes you a good fit
2. Your resume or work history
3. 1-2 sample edits or a portfolio link showing your CapCut work
