JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Sales Manager / Recruiter for TaskPilot.

TaskPilot is an AI automation company that helps U.S. service businesses answer missed calls, capture leads, follow up faster, and reduce admin work.

This role is for someone who can manage appointment setters, recruit new appointment setters, track daily performance, and do some hands-on outreach personally.

You will be managing appointment setters from the Philippines. We currently have around 6 appointment setters, and the goal is to add about 2 new appointment setters per week on average.

This is not just an admin role. You must have real experience managing a sales team.

You will be responsible for keeping the sales team organized, accountable, and improving.

Main Responsibilities

You will help with:

Managing current appointment setters
Recruiting new appointment setters
Hiring and firing appointment setters
Finding candidates from different recruiting channels
Reviewing applicants
Onboarding new appointment setters
Tracking daily KPIs
Keeping an active appointment setter spreadsheet updated
Reviewing calls, messages, appointments, and sales activity
Coaching appointment setters
Making sure reps follow the approved scripts and strategy
Doing some hands-on outreach yourself
Sending daily updates

You may recruit appointment setters from channels such as:

referrals
previous sales contacts
other approved recruiting methods

The goal is not just to post jobs. The goal is to find, screen, hire, and manage strong appointment setters who can produce results.

You will also be required to do a small amount of appointment setting yourself so you understand the process and can better train the appointment setters you manage.

Important Requirement

Managing a sales team is mandatory.

Please do not apply if you have never managed appointment setters, cold callers, sales reps, or a sales team before.

Pay and Commission

This role pays:

$4/hour base pay

Base pay is paid weekly every Friday.

You can also earn commission.

Commission is paid bi-weekly after verification.

Commission Opportunities

You can earn commission from clients you personally bring in.

For clients you personally bring in, you can earn:

Up to $200 upfront commission for your first 25 personal clients
$50/month for up to 12 months while each personal client stays active
Up to $800 total potential commission per client for your first 25 personal clients

You can also earn a manager override commission when one of your appointment setters brings in a paying client.

Manager override:

$25 when one of your appointment setters brings in a client and the client makes their first payment after the 30-day trial

The $25 manager override is not paid during the free trial.

It is only paid after TaskPilot receives payment from the client.

Schedule

This role requires working CST hours because we work with U.S. service businesses and U.S. sales activity.
