We are currently expanding our team and seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Philippines-based Virtual Assistant to support our trucking insurance quoting operations and help streamline workflows across multiple platforms.

Trucking Insurance Quoting Specialist

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with direct experience in commercial auto - trucking Insurance to support quoting, submission processing, and communication for trucking and transportation-related policies.
This is a trucking-first role.

Candidates without Commercial Auto-Trucking insurance experience will not be a fit. WE REQUEST YOU DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THE EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate is comfortable working inside carrier portals, understands trucking risk profiles (owner-operators, fleets, driver info, vehicle schedules), and can move quotes forward quickly and accurately while communicating professionally with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Key Responsibilities
• Complete insurance quotes through carrier portals and rating platforms
• Handle submissions for commercial auto, trucking fleets, and owner-operator policies
• Review submissions for missing information, inconsistencies, or underwriting concerns
• Send professional emails to insureds requesting required documentation and details
• Ask clear, structured follow-up questions to move quotes forward efficiently
• Track quote statuses and ensure fast turnaround times
• Maintain clean organization across files, inboxes, spreadsheets, or agency systems
• Follow internal procedures and contribute to workflow improvements

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
o Commercial auto policies
o Trucking fleets and/or owner-operators
o Driver and vehicle underwriting data
• Experience working in insurance quoting, underwriting support, or CSR roles
• Experience using carrier portals and online rating systems
