Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager (Performance Focused)

We are looking for someone who knows how to run ads that generate real sales, not just clicks.

This role is focused on execution, testing, and improving performance across Google and Meta. You will be working directly with the owner to grow a U.S.-based lighting company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
-Manage Google Ads (Search & Shopping REQUIRED)
-Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
-Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily
-Improve ROAS and reduce cost per conversion
-Test new ad creatives, messaging, and offers
-Build and manage audiences
-Review performance data and make decisions
-Work with our team to test new product images and videos

What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience running Google Ads (Search & Shopping)
-Experience with Meta Ads
-Strong understanding of:
-Conversions
-ROAS
-Cost per acquisition
-Ability to analyze data and take action
-Organized and consistent with daily work
-Clear communication (direct and professional)

Bonus (Not Required)
-Experience with Amazon Ads
-Experience with e-commerce brands
-Experience with Odoo ERP or email marketing

?60,000 – ?180,000 PHP per month (depending on experience & results)
