JOB OVERVIEW

Headline is a premium sports card & collectibles company based in the United States. We are looking for a Product Listing & Marketplace Specialist to help manage our online inventory and marketplace operations.

This role is extremely detail-oriented and accuracy is very important.

Your primary responsibility will be creating and managing product listings across multiple platforms including Shopify, eBay, Fanatics Collect, and our inventory systems.

You will work closely with our operations and inventory team to ensure cards and products are correctly titled, priced, categorized, and uploaded.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating product listings for trading cards and collectibles
• Writing accurate product titles and descriptions
• Uploading product photos and organizing inventory
• Pricing products based on market research and sales data
• Managing listings across Shopify, eBay, and Fanatics Collect
• Assisting with inventory tracking and organization
• Updating product information and correcting listing errors
• Monitoring sold items and inventory availability
• Working inside systems such as Shopify, Airtable, Google Sheets, and marketplace software
• Helping maintain organization across our inventory workflow

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong English communication
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online systems
• Fast learner with strong accuracy
• Familiar with eBay, Shopify, or marketplace listing is a plus
• Trading card or collectibles knowledge is a HUGE bonus
• Must be reliable and consistent
• Familiar with ChatGPT and AI tools is preferred
