JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly creative short-form AI video editor experienced in creating viral content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and similar platforms.

You will be responsible for turning provided scripts into engaging, high-retention videos using Google Veo3, Nano Banana, and CapCut.

This role is focused on realistic AI visuals, emotional storytelling, strong hooks, and fast-paced editing designed to keep viewers watching.

What You’ll Do:
• Create short-form videos from scripts I provide
• Use Veo3 and Nano Banana to generate visuals and scenes
• Edit videos in a fast-paced, engaging TikTok/Reels style
• Add captions, sound effects, transitions, and visual hooks
• Create cinematic AI-generated b-roll and talking scenes
• Deliver multiple videos daily
• Study viral content and apply winning formats/styles to our videos
• Continuously improve pacing, retention, and overall quality

What I Provide:

• Reference videos/accounts to study
• Ongoing feedback to improve quality and performance

Requirements:
• Experience with CapCut or similar editing software
• Experience using AI video tools
• Familiarity with Google Veo3 and Nano Banana
• Understanding of TikTok/Reels style content
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling
• Ability to create realistic-looking AI visuals
• Ability to follow instructions and improve quickly
• Fast communication and daily availability
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated

Pay:
• Starting pay is $5 USD per completed video
• Opportunity for increased pay based on quality, speed, consistency, and performance
• Long-term work available for the right person

Important:
This is not basic editing work. I’m looking for someone who understands modern AI content creation and can create videos that feel native to TikTok and highly engaging to viewers.
