I am seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Executive Assistant + Growth Support Partner to support a growing women’s leadership, speaking, and ministry brand as well as a fledgling author, counselor and life coach.
This role supports a founder who is building:
- executive leadership cohorts for women
- discipleship gatherings
- keynote speaking at churches, camps, nonprofits, and conferences
- writing, teaching, and content creation
- brand growth across social media and web platforms
A second free lance leader who needs assistance:
Executive assistance in calendaring,
Organizational clarity and
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, warm in communication, strong in written English, confident with systems, and able to help turn ideas into action.
Core Responsibilities::
Executive + Administrative Support
Manage inbox organization and
Coordinate calendar scheduling and speaking inquiries
Organize Zoo
Manage travel booking, hotel coordination, and itineraries
Create marketing material
Follow up on contracts, invoices, and event details
Organize digital files and shared folders
Business Development + Client Follow-Up::
Reach out to previous speaking clients, camp directors, churches, and ministry partners
Send warm follow-up
Research new churches, women’s events, and conference opportunities
Submit inquiry forms and track opportunities
Maintain CRM or pipeline tracker
Request testimonials and referrals
Keep media kit and speaking information current
Website + Squarespace Support
Make minor Squarespace updates
Refresh homepage copy and testimonials
Upload
Build simple landing pages
Update event dates and inquiry forms
Fix broken links and formatting issues
Social Media + Content Support::
Create monthly content calendar
Repurpose speaking clips into reels, captions, and quote graphics
Schedule posts in advance
Turn long-form teaching into short-form content
Organize content assets and media folders
Track performance and engagement insights
Writing + Content Assistance
Turn voice notes into clean drafts
Organize keynote notes and transcripts
Help edit newsletters, devotionals, and blog drafts
Assist with book and teaching outline organization
Repurpose written content into
Required Skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or VA
Strong organization and follow-through
Experience with Squarespace
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Comfortable using scheduling tools and project trackers
Strong social media instincts
High discretion and professionalism
Able to work independently and proactively
Bonus Skills::
Experience supporting speakers, coaches, pastors, or ministry leaders
Canva or light design experience
Basic video clipping / content repurposing
Copywriting experience
Familiarity with Christian ministry environments
Hours + Compensation::
Start at 4-5 hours per week
