Senior Amazon OA Buyer / Purchasing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) Buyer / Purchasing Manager to help scale our growing Amazon FBA business.
This is a high-impact leadership role. You will be responsible for reviewing sourcing leads, making purchasing decisions, identifying replenishable products, and helping improve the performance of our sourcing team.

Your Primary Responsibilities
Product Review and Purchasing
Review sourcing leads submitted by VAs using SellerAmp SAS, Keepa, and Amazon Seller Central.
Make daily purchasing decisions using company funds.
Ensure purchased products meet our profitability and risk criteria.
Deploy purchasing capital efficiently to maximize profit.
Inventory and Replenishment Analysis
Monitor sold-out products and identify profitable replenishment opportunities.
Recommend reorders based on sales velocity, Buy Box stability, and profitability.
Track trends to help build a strong replenishable inventory base.
Team Leadership
Provide daily feedback to sourcing VAs.
Identify recurring sourcing issues and coach tea
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new sourcing VAs.
Recommend process improvements and SOP enhancements.
Success in This Role Will Be Measured By
Consistently purchasing profitable inventory.
Efficient deployment of the daily buying budget.
Growth in replenishable products.
Improvement in sourcing VA approval rates.
Contribution to overall company sales and profit growth.
Our Buying Criteria
You should be comfortable evaluating products using criteria such as:
Stable Buy Box history.
Consistent Keepa price trends.
Strong sales velocity.
Minimum ROI and net profit thresholds.
Low risk of IP complaints, restrictions, or Buy Box suppression.
Minimal Amazon competition when appropriate.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Amazon Online Arbitrage experience (not dropshipping).
Experience purchasing products for an Amazon FBA business.
Proven experience leading or mentoring sourcing VAs.
Strong product analysis skills beyond just reviewing BSR.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Experience
Supported Amazon accounts generating $50,000+ per month in sales.
Managed significant weekly purchasing budgets.
Built or improved SOPs for sourcing and purchasing.
Strong understanding of replenishment strategies.
Compensation
Starting pay: $5.00 per hour
Growth potential to $7.00 to $10.00 per hour based on performance and contribution.
Performance Bonus
You will also be eligible for a monthly performance bonus based on growth in company net profit.
This directly rewards you for helping us purchase better inventory, improve sourcing quality, and scale the business profitably.
Growth Opportunity
This role can grow into a broader leadership position overseeing purchasing, sourcing, and inventory strategy as the business expands.
