About the role
We sell done-with-you portable restroom business packages — physical equipment plus setup, placement, and operational support. We're looking for an organized, personable Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for inbound and warm leads and to schedule qualified discovery calls with our sales team.
You are not closing sales and not giving financial, investment, or business-performance advice. Your job is to reach out, build rapport, confirm basic fit, and book the call.
What you'll do
Contact inbound leads and warm prospects by phone, SMS, and email
Follow an approved script and qualification checklist
Confirm prospect interest and basic qualifying criteria (budget range, timeline, decision-maker)
Book discovery calls onto the sales team's calendar and confirm attendance
Log all activity accurately in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
Hand off clean notes so the sales rep is prepared
Follow up on no-shows and reschedules
What we're looking for
Clear, confident phone communication and strong written English
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound contacts daily
Organized and reliable with CRM/calendar discipline
Coachable — willing to follow approved scripts and compliance guidelines exactly
Reliable computer, headset, and quiet workspace
Prior phone sales, SDR, or customer service experience is a plus but not required — we train

This role requires strict adherence to our communication scripts and compliance rules. Appointment setters may not make income claims, guarantee results, or describe the package as an investment. We screen for candidates who can represent the company accurately and ethically. Comfort with this is a requirement, not a preference.
