We are a growing U.S.A. / Texas-based estate planning law firm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Paralegal / Legal Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our team on a part-time basis.
This is a long-term position with potential to increase hours in the very near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- GoHighLevel CRM, you will keep this updated and create workflow and dashboard needs
- Drafting simple revocable living trusts and related estate planning documents.
- Preparing warranty deeds and other real estate transfer documents.
- Locating and verifying legal property descriptions from county records for those deed transfers.
- eRecording deeds through Simplifile and CSC (or similar platforms).
- Making outbound client calls (scheduling appointments, follow-ups, etc.)
- Coordinating notarizations and document signing with clients and notaries
- General administrative support (organizing files, client intake, document tracking, etc.)
Preferred Requirements:
- GoHighLevel beginner-to-moderate experience
- Previous experience in estate planning or probate work is strongly preferred
- Experience drafting trusts, wills, and warranty deeds is a big advantage
- Familiarity with real estate deeds and county recording processes
- Comfortable making outbound calls in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
