Requirement
• Must be available from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Strong verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent.
• Knowledge of Chinese/Mandarin, whether verbal or written, is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional talent for natural conversation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Owns a competent Windows computer/laptop and android mobile phone for work
• A dependable and consistent internet connection
• Consistent and reliable power supply without frequent outages.
• A distraction-free and quiet workspace.
• Utilizing a headset equipped with Noise Cancellation technology.
• Takes initiative and works independently to address challenges, consistently seeking solutions.
Other Matters
We will be communicating via various communication tools. There will be a probation period for one to three months, depending on your qualifications and experience, which is negotiable. Upon the completion of your probation period, you will become eligible for a 13th-month bonus, paid time off, and a range of employee benefits, including PhilHealth and the Social Security System. The annual performance bonus is determined by your key performance indicators (KPIs). You will follow the time zone of the Philippines. Among colleagues, your working hours may be arranged in rotation, including weekdays and weekends. A total work week of 40 hours. Your further potential salary growth will be based on your performance, which may be increased during the quarterly review.
Loan Support
You will learn on the job to handle the primary job scope that includes:
• Engage with incoming leads primarily through WhatsApp on our business phone.
• Create comprehensive reports that incorporate inputs and details provided by clients.
• Create concise summaries and propose options for clients, utilizing templates for efficiency.
• Collaborate with the designated bankers to facilitate the processing of loan applications
• Schedule meetings with clients and bankers.
• Reach out to current clients as they approach the end of their loan lock-in period.
• Oversee client relationships and enhance processes through multiple CRM platforms.
Insurance and Investment Support
You will learn on the job to handle the primary job scope that includes:
• Prepare the required documentation for the client's application, available in various systems.
• Reach out to clients through WhatsApp using our business phone, primarily to provide reminders and follow-ups.
• Utilize WhatsApp (business phone) as the main channel to engage clients and schedule appointments effectively.
• Craft client proposals utilizing the provided templates.
• Helping clients with insurance claims
• Contact insurers to obtain quotes and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee client relationships and streamline processes through a range of CRM systems.
Candidates who have shown capability and knowledge may be groomed towards senior roles or management roles.
