Host Loan Lending is a fast-growing U.S.-based mortgage brokerage focused on providing borrowers with faster closings, competitive rates, and flexible financing solutions through multiple wholesale lending partners.

We specialize in a variety of mortgage products, including:

* Conventional Loans
* NON-QM Loans
* DSCR Loans
* Investor Financing Solutions

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Processor / Loan Coordinator who can help manage loan files efficiently while also assisting with outbound lead follow-up and client engagement.

IMPORTANT:
We are ONLY considering candidates with prior U.S. mortgage industry experience. Applicants without mortgage processing experience will NOT be considered.

Position Overview

This role is primarily focused on mortgage processing, loan coordination, and pipeline management. The ideal candidate understands the U.S. mortgage process from application through closing and is comfortable handling multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

In addition to processing responsibilities, this role also includes outbound calling and lead follow-up responsibilities. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients over the phone and can confidently assist with lead nurturing and borrower communication.

This is a hybrid operations + client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Mortgage Processing & Loan Coordination

* Process residential mortgage loan files from application to closing
* Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation
* Ensure loan files meet lender and underwriting requirements
* Review income, assets, credit, and supporting documentation for completeness
* Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, lenders, title companies, and borrowers
* Manage loan conditions and follow up on outstanding items
* Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline updates
* Ensure loans move efficiently through each stage of the process
* Assist in preparing files for submission and closing

2. Outbound Calling & Lead Follow-Up

* Make outbound calls to prospective borrowers and existing leads
* Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries
* Re-engage inactive or unfinished loan applications
* Qualify borrowers and gather initial information
* Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to loan officers
* Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospects
* Support pipeline growth through proactive outreach efforts

IMPORTANT:
This role requires someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone regularly with U.S.-based clients. Strong spoken English and confidence during outbound calls are REQUIRED.

Qualifications

* Previous experience as a Mortgage Processor, Loan Coordinator, or similar U.S. mortgage role is REQUIRED
* Candidates MUST have prior experience working with one or more of the following:
- Conventional Loans
- NON-QM Loans
- DSCR Loans
- Investor Loans
* Strong understanding of U.S. mortgage workflows, timelines, and documentation requirements
* Experience working in a mortgage brokerage environment preferred
* Familiarity with wholesale lending processes is a strong advantage
* Previous outbound calling, lead generation, or sales follow-up experience strongly preferred
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple active loan files
* Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients and partners
* Reliable, proactive, and responsive

Compensation & Growth

* Base Salary: $1,200 - $1,400/month depending on experience
* Additional commission per closed/funded loan
