Support Specialist Frame Solutions | UK Hours Remote
The role is front-line support for our clients - UK directors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers - with regression testing picked up between tickets.
Responsibilities
- Own the support inbox - first response, triage, resolve what you can
- Write clearly and professionally to chartered surveyors and directors
- Reproduce issues and log them properly - steps, expected vs actual, environment
- Confident on video calls - join live when a ticket needs walking through, and represent Frame well
- Track recurring issues and feed patterns back to product
- Keep a tidy help centre - update articles when answers come up twice
- Run regression cycles in Xray (Jira) between support work
- Spot bugs in your own testing and during support, log them the same way
What we need
- Customer support experience on a B2B software product
- Strong written and spoken English - you'll be communicating with senior people who expect a clean response.
- Calm, friendly tone under pressure
- Self-managing - we don't micromanage and we expect you to own your queue
- Comfortable picking up regression testing between tickets (we'll train on Xray if needed)
Nice to have
- Exposure to construction, surveying, or QS software
- Help centre/knowledge base authoring
