About Us

We're Bookd Media, a growth partner agency working with serious, high-scale remodelers in the US. We operate on a pay-per-result model, our clients are top-tier operators, and our standards are high. Our systems are dialed, our SOPs are detailed, and we move fast.

We're looking for one person to own client onboarding and become the operations backbone of the agency.

The Role (Where You Start)

You'll be the execution arm of the agency. Every time we sign a new client, you take it from there:

- Create the client's Go High Level account and build out their full system following our SOP
- Set up their Facebook Ads campaigns (Ads Manager, pixel, audiences, creatives) exactly how we want it, using our SOPs and video walkthroughs
- Build out their funnel inside GHL, plug in their info, and get them live
- Follow Claude prompts and have a minor understanding of vibe coding to help put funnels together
- Analyze ad performance daily and flag what's working, what's not, and what needs to be adjusted
- Run comprehensive strategy and data analysis on every campaign, with real meta skills, copywriting instincts, and overall experience to back it up
- Speak directly with the agency owner (me) on a regular basis with clean, comprehensive updates on every client (status, blockers, ad performance, what's next)
- Handle technical issues clients run into inside GHL so I don't have to touch them
- Be ready to jump on problems I send your way and solve them fast

The starting work is structured. The SOPs are built. You're executing the system and getting clients onboarded cleanly. That's the foundation.

Where This Role Goes (The Real Opportunity)

This is not a click-and-go job long-term. For the right person, this becomes the operations lead seat at Bookd Media. That means building and refining SOPs yourself as we grow, hiring and managing other tea ---------- mbers under you, real ownership over how the agency runs operationally, and a long-term role with real freedom and real growth in pay and responsibility.

I want a true killer. Someone who can follow a system to the letter today and build systems from scratch tomorrow. If you crush this, the long-term vision here is massive.

What You Need to Have

- Deep, hands-on experience inside Go High Level. Not surface level. You've built funnels, automations, pipelines, calendars, and workflows from scratch. You can troubleshoot when something breaks. Be ready to prove it.
- Comprehensive Facebook Ads experience. You know your way around Ads Manager. You've set up campaigns, pixels, audiences, and creatives. You understand CBO, testing, learning phase, ad performance metrics, and what makes an ad set work.
- Strong strategy and data analysis skills. You can look at a campaign and know what to do next.
- Solid copywriting instincts for ads and funnels.
- Comfortable following Claude prompts and a basic grasp of vibe coding to assemble funnels.
- Strong written and spoken English. You'll be communicating with me daily and occasionally with US-based clients.
- A builder's mindset. You don't just follow instructions, you find ways to make things better.
- Reliability. I need someone I can hand things off to and trust it gets done right.
