JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a creative video editor & content strategist who loves music and wants to be part of building something real with an artist. Not just someone who can cut clips — someone who gets the vision and wants to help shape it.

What I'm looking for:
• A storyteller first, editor second. Flashy transitions aren't enough — we need to evoke narrative and emotion.
• Someone who understands hooks, pacing, and retention instead of just chasing fleeting trends.
• Flexible hours. You can work whenever you like, just hit deadlines and stay responsive.
• Self-starter. If you see a better way to cut something, say it & take the initiative!

The details:
• Part-time, remote
• 2–4 videos per week
• $25/video base + bonuses for high-performing videos. Can switch to flat monthly pay after proven results.
• Short-form videos (under 60s) and longer-form (under 5 min).

This is great for someone looking for a consistent long-term team. Over the next few months we will have 3-4 new songs release and will be looking for unique ways to bring the songs to life and creatively market while growing the fanbase.

First project:
A 2–3 minute music video. You'll get raw footage, a moodboard, and a creative brief to work from. D ---------- your 2-3 best edits that fit the requirements.

Doesn't have to be music focused! Just want to see quality and creativity.
