We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant + Video Editor from the Philippines to join our team.

This role is heavily focused on short-form video editing and social media content support, so strong editing skills are the #1 priority.

We are open to full-time, part-time, or per-video arrangements depending on your skill level, availability, speed, and reliability.

You will also help with administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
VIDEO EDITING | MAIN PRIORITY
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Use CapCut for editing
Recreate trending edits, styles, pacing, captions, and transitions
Take inspiration and trending audio from Instagram videos we send you
Extract and use the same trending audio/music when needed
Match editing styles and transitions closely
Remove dead space and awkward pauses
Choose the best clips that fit the audio and pacing
Create engaging, smooth, modern edits
Follow references and recreate styles accurately
Organize video files and content
ADMIN / VA TASKS
Basic administrative assistance
Organizing files, folders, and content
Helping with social media posting workflows
Communication and task tracking
Following detailed instructions carefully
Being responsive, dependable, and reliable
REQUIREMENTS:
Very strong CapCut editing skills
Understand modern short-form content trends
Must know how to recreate viral/trending styles
Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, hooks, and retention editing
Good English communication
Reliable internet connection
Organized and detail-oriented
Must be coachable and fast-moving
Must be dependable and responsive
Must be able to meet deadlines
Social media experience is a big plus
VA/admin experience is a plus
