JOB OVERVIEW

Cold Caller Needed for Growing U.S. Real Estate Investment Company

We are a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a motivated and reliable Cold Caller to help us find off-market property deals.

If you speak strong English, are confident on the phone, and can handle rejection, this is a long-term opportunity with room for growth.

Your Role

You will be calling property owners across the United States to start conversations and determine whether they are interested in selling their property.

Your responsibilities include:

Building rapport with homeowners
Asking the right questions to identify motivation
Handling objections confidently
Setting appointments or passing qualified leads to our acquisitions team
Updating leads and notes inside the CRM
Meeting daily call and lead goals
Requirements
Strong English communication skills
Previous cold calling or sales experience
Real estate experience is a major plus
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Comfortable working U.S. business hours
Confident, coachable, and consistent
Able to stay positive despite rejection
Pay & Incentives
Base pay: $4–$6/hour depending on experience
Bonuses for qualified leads and closed deals
