Video Editor Wanted – Performance Ads for Germany's Fastest-Growing Health Brand | $5/hr | Full-Time Remote

We are one of the biggest health brand based in Germany. Our vision is to become the largest health brand in the German-speaking market — not just through image ads, but through dominance in VSLs, AI UGC, and Cartoon Ads. We move fast, we scale hard, and we are building the team to do it.

What You'll Be Doing
You will receive scripts and briefs. Your job is to turn them into high-converting video ads — VSLs, short-form ads, AI UGC, and Cartoon Ads — that stop the scroll and drive sales.

Edit mini VSLs and full-length VSLs from provided scripts
Source and integrate your own B-Roll (stock footage, AI-generated visuals)
Work with AI UGC tools to produce synthetic spokesperson content
Produce Cartoon Ads and motion graphics
Cut hooks, add captions, optimize pacing for Facebook and Instagram
Handle additional footage we send you and integrate it seamlessly

You will be expected to deliver consistently and independently.

What You Need

Proven experience editing direct response video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Strong understanding of VSL structure, visual hooks, and retention pacing
Experience with eCommerce, dropshipping, or performance marketing brands
Proficiency with AI tools: AI UGC, Cartoon Ads, motion graphics and animations
Ability to source B-Roll independently — stock and AI-generated
Good English communication skills
Disciplined, reliable, and able to work at a high pace under pressure
