JOB OVERVIEW

L ---------- is looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with clients and internal development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software solutions and process improvements.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, documenting workflows, translating business requirements into functional requirements, and coordinating with developers to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Conduct meetings with clients to understand workflows, processes, and system requirements
Document functional and technical requirements clearly for development teams
Prepare:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
User Stories
Process Flows
Workflow Diagrams
Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders
Assist in product planning, implementation, and testing activities
Participate in client demos, workshops, and requirement discussions
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue tracking
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates
