Marketini is a creative marketing agency. We partner with brands on strategy, content production, paid and organic social, digital, and out-of-home advertising — across consumer goods, retail, hospitality, education, real estate, financial services, and B2B.

About the Role
We're hiring video editors to cut content across formats — short-form paid social, brand films, pitch reels, sizzle reels, case studies, interviews, and longer-form pieces. Contract, project-based, with strong potential for ongoing work.
You'll edit content that runs across paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), owned channels and websites, pitch and investor materials, and broadcast or OOH when the project calls for it. On paid, we measure on hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and ROAS. On brand and long-form, we measure on craft, storytelling, and fit to the brief.

We supply the footage, brief, brand guidelines, and any variants we want tested. You build the cuts, deliver, and iterate.

What You'll Edit

Short-form paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Organic social and platform-native cuts
Pitch decks, pitch reels, and investor materials
Brand films, sizzle reels, and campaign recaps
Case studies, interviews, and brand documentaries
Motion-driven explainer cuts
OOH and broadcast video when the project calls for it

Specs are scoped per brief. Short-form is typically 15–60s, 9:16 primary with 1:1 and 16:9 resizes, 1080p minimum, 3–5 cut variations per concept, first cut in 5–7 days, up to 2 revision rounds. Long-form is scoped separately.

When a project matches your style, we send the brief, footage, brand assets, and references.

You deliver the first cut within the agreed timeline.
Revisions if needed — up to 2 rounds per project.

Final approval triggers delivery of all platform exports and source files.

This Role Is For You If

Like AI creative tools and stay current with the space. Runway, Sora, Veo, Kling, ElevenLabs, Descript, Topaz, generative fill in Premiere

You've edited video for brands — short-form, long-form, or both, and have the reel to show it.

You're fluent in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or comparable.

You understand pacing across formats — hooks and retention for paid, narrative rhythm for long-form.

You can handle motion graphics directly (text animation, lower-thirds, callouts, kinetic typography).

You're solid on caption burning, SFX, royalty-free music sourcing, and basic color correction.

You work independently, hit deadlines, take direct feedback well, and ask the right questions before cutting rather than after.
