JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based e-commerce brand looking for a highly organized, customer-first VA to own our post-purchase experience.
This is a full-time role supporting order management, customer communications, and fulfillment operations.

You will work closely with our founder and external partners to make sure every customer interaction reflects our brand values.
