About the Role

We're looking for a WordPress Developer with a good aesthetic eye, a solid technical foundation, and genuine curiosity for new technologies. This role is perfect for someone earlier in their career who thrives at the intersection of design, development, and innovation — building beautiful, high-performance websites and growing into managing servers, plugins, and integrations along the way.
We work with AI tools daily, and we want someone excited to grow their software development skills with AI support — pairing with tools like Claude, Cursor, and similar assistants is part of how we build.
What You'll Do

Build and maintain responsive WordPress websites with clean, scalable code
Help refine UI/UX elements to create seamless digital experiences
Support hosting, server configurations, and database performance to keep sites fast, secure, and online
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile performance
Integrate and customize plugins, APIs, and third-party tools
Troubleshoot and debug issues to keep everything running smoothly

What You Bring

Working knowledge of WordPress — themes, plugins, and core functionality
Comfort with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP basics
Some exposure to hosting environments, servers, or databases — or genuine eagerness to learn
Awareness of SEO and performance best practices
Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to work independently
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
Willingness to grow into broader software development with AI assistance — we want someone hungry to level up, not someone who wants to stay in a single lane
A portfolio, GitHub, or personal projects we can look at — we care about what you've built more than where you built it
