We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage and support Amazon and Walmart seller accounts.
This role is focused on marketplace execution, catalog integrity, troubleshooting, and account health management across multiple accounts.
You will act as the operational owner of marketplace activity—ensuring listings function correctly, accounts remain compliant, and issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
This is NOT a logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse role.
This is also NOT a marketing, PPC, or brand strategy role.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketplace Operations
Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center
Monitor account health, compliance, and performance metrics
Identify and resolve listing, catalog, and account issues
Coordinate resolution of suppressed listings, errors, and warnings
Catalog & Listing Maintenance (not strategy ownership)
Maintain accurate product listings across marketplaces
Ensure listings remain active, complete, and compliant
Manage parent-child variations and catalog relationships
Handle flat file uploads and bulk listing updates
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
Resolve listing issues such as:
Suppressed or inactive listings
Missing or incorrect attributes
Upload/flat file errors
Variation and catalog mismatches
Open and manage cases with Amazon/Walmart support when needed
Client Communication
Communicate directly with clients regarding operational updates and issues
Translate technical marketplace issues into clear, simple explanations
Provide status updates on ongoing resolutions
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (required)
Experience with Walmart Seller Center (strongly preferred)
Experience managing multiple seller accounts or brands
Strong experience with:
Listing creation and maintenance
Parent-child variation setup
Flat file / bulk uploads
Catalog troubleshooting and issue resolution
Direct client communication experience (required)
