About Us
We are an Australian-based e-commerce company operating multiple brands across Amazon FBA and Shopify, with a growing product portfolio spanning children's products, wellness/health oils, and seasonal goods. We are in active growth mode — scaling revenue aggressively — and we need a sharp, experienced e-commerce operator to grow with us.
This is not a beginner role. We want someone who has been in the trenches of e-commerce, understands the platforms, and can hit the ground running.
What You'll Do
Amazon FBA (60%)
Listings & Inventory
- Create and manage shipping plans based on inventory levels
- Build and optimise product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords)
- Create and manage A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content)
- Produce or manage basic product images using Canva or similar tools
Optimisation & PPC
- Keyword research and listing optimisation using tools like Helium 10
- Attend and actively participate in PPC agency meetings
- Understand PPC campaigns, interpret results, and action follow-ups
- Monitor and track competitor pricing and market positioning
Supplier & Admin Coordination
- Attend supplier meetings and take detailed notes
- Coordinate and communicate with suppliers on orders, timelines, and restocks

Account Health & Reporting
- Monitor and improve Amazon Account Health metrics
- Identify risks, flag issues, and resolve them proactively
- Prepare weekly sales and impressions reports with insights for management
Sales & Reviews
- Create deals, coupons, and promotional vouchers to drive conversions
- Track competitor reviews and product ratings
- Chase reviews from existing customers; work with managers on review strategy
- Handle order fulfilment, customer queries, and data entry tasks
Product Research
- Assist managers with basic product research as required
Shopify (20–30%)
- Create, manage, and optimise product listings
- Manage product images (Canva minimum; advanced tools a bonus)
- Handle order fulfilment and customer queries
- Monitor and respond to customer
- Manage keywords and on-page SEO for product discoverability
- Work alongside the Google PPC ads team; attend relevant meetings
- Create promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Manage and chase reviews similar to Amazon strategy
Bonus: Experience running Google Ads or Meta Ads independently is a significant advantage and will be rewarded accordingly.
Social Media Content (10–20%)
- Create basic social media graphics using Canva (minimum requirement)
- Collaborate with or support a graphic designer when available
- Schedule and post content on Instagram and
- Assist with content planning aligned to product launches and promotions

Who You Are
- 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience (Amazon FBA experience non-negotiable)
- You understand the Amazon ecosystem — listings, PPC, account health, FBA logistics
- You are proactive, not reactive — you spot problems before they become fires
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken)
- You take ownership of your work and follow through without hand-holding
- You are comfortable in meetings, taking notes, and actioning items independently
- You are organised, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities
