About us
We run a high-volume operation across CRM, sales, marketing, and client delivery — and we need a specialist who can build and manage the technical infrastructure that powers it all.

About the role
This is not a basic VA role. We need someone who is genuinely technical — someone who has built things, broken things, and fixed them. You'll own our HubSpot CRM build, design and maintain AI-powered automation workflows, and publish high-converting funnels on ClickFunnels. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and leadership team to keep our systems running and scaling.

What you'll be doing

Building and maintaining HubSpot pipelines, workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations
Designing and managing AI automation workflows across Make, Zapier, and n8n
Building, publishing, and optimising funnels on ClickFunnels
Integrating our tools and platforms so data flows seamlessly across the stack
Identifying inefficiencies in our tech stack and proposing solutions
Documenting systems and processes clearly for the wider team

What we're looking for

3+ years hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or Operations Hub)
HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
Proven experience building automation workflows in Make, Zapier, and/or n8n
Demonstrated ability to build and publish funnels in ClickFunnels
Strong systems thinking — you can look at a broken workflow and diagnose it fast
Comfortable working independently, managing a task list, and communicating async
Portfolio or examples of past builds required
Able to show examples of past builds — a Loom walkthrough of a portal you've built is ideal

Hours and rate
Part-time to start, approximately 15–20 hours per week with potential to grow. Rate is negotiable based on experience — we're looking at $8–$12/hr for the right person.
