JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help build employee training content in Zoho Learn. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, good at turning procedures into simple training materials, and comfortable creating quizzes, articles, checklists, and visual learning content.

Our company works in regulated manufacturing, so the training must be clear, professional, easy for employees to understand, and organized correctly in Zoho Learn.

Responsibilities:

Build and format training articles in Zoho Learn
Convert SOPs, procedures, and work instructions into employee-friendly training content
Create short quizzes and knowledge checks
Organize training modules by department, role, or topic
Help maintain training records and course structure
Create simple visuals, tables, checklists, or summaries to make training easier to understand
Review content for clarity, formatting, grammar, and consistency
Follow provided templates and instructions carefully

Required Skills:

Strong written English
Experience with Zoho Learn, LMS platforms, training systems, or course-building tools
Ability to simplify technical information without changing the meaning
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with SOPs, procedures, or structured documents
Organized and able to follow naming conventions and folder structures
Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, Word, or similar tools is helpful

Preferred Experience:

Experience creating training for manufacturing, quality, compliance, healthcare, medical device, ISO, or regulated industries
Experience creating quizzes and training assessments
Experience with Zoho apps

Work Style Needed:

You must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions. This role requires someone who can make training more engaging without making it too informal or inaccurate.
