Position Summary
We are looking for an extremely sharp, highly responsible, and resourceful remote tea
The right person is intelligent, dependable, coachable, and willing to search for answers before asking for help.
You will support a fast-moving Massachusetts real estate business that handles buyers, sellers, investment properties, listings, showings, and lead follow-up. This role is closer to a remote real estate buyer specialist / inside sales assistant / operations specialist than a normal admin VA position.
Main Responsibilities
Call buyers and prospects to understand what they are looking for.
Follow up with warm leads, lower-funnel leads, buyers, and prospects by phone, text, and
Schedule property showings and coordinate with buyers, agents, sellers, and internal tea
Send suitable properties to buyers based on their criteria.
Search for properties online and identify strong matches for buyer needs.
Help manage buyer conversations inside the CRM.
Update notes, tasks, appointments, and lead statuses accurately.
Research properties, listings, agent contact information, town information, showing instructions, and transaction details.
Support the team with operational, administrative, and sales-related tasks.
Find answers independently before asking for help.
Handle urgent tasks quickly and professionally.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken English with clear, professional phone communication.
Excellent written English.
Ability to speak naturally and confidently with American clients and real estate professionals.
Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours.
Willing to work long hours when the business requires it.
Willing to help on weekends when buyers, showings, or urgent tasks require support.
Strong ability to research, investigate, and solve problems independently.
Strong judgment and dependability.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, real estate websites, phone systems, and communication tools.
Real estate experience is preferred, but not required if you are extremely sharp and coachable.

Schedule Expectations
Full-time role.
U.S. Eastern Time hours required.
Some evening and weekend availability required because real estate often moves outside normal business hours.
Urgent buyer, showing, lead follow-up, or scheduling tasks may require fast response times.
Compensation
Base monthly pay, with potential for growth based on performance, reliability, communication skill, and ability to take responsibility.
