We create short-form ads built to capture attention and drive performance, not just look visually polished. Our team works with a range of brands across industries including premium pet food, food intolerance, wellness, and lifestyle. We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely curious about why certain hooks, concepts, and creatives make people stop scrolling while others don’t.
This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally curious, proactive, adaptable, and genuinely interested in understanding why creatives perform, and not just making content for the sake of it.
You’ll work closely with the team to support the full creative pipeline, particularly across creative strategy, scripting, research, briefs, and creative execution.
Responsibilities:
Writing UGC and paid social scripts
Briefing creators and video editors
Developing creative concepts grounded in research and performance insights
Writing creator and editor briefs
Adapting winning scripts into multiple variations and formats
Running ad teardowns and competitor research
Analysing what’s currently performing across client accounts
Supporting creative testing and iteration
Helping systemise and improve the creative workflow as the team scales
What We’re Looking For
We care more about creative thinking, curiosity, and adaptability than having the “perfect” background.
You’d be a strong fit if you:
Can clearly articulate why a specific ad or piece of content performed well
Are comfortable writing in a creator’s voice, not just your own
Move quickly, apply feedback well, and don’t require constant handholding
Are genuinely curious about AI tools and how they’re changing creative work
Can manage multiple projects without things slipping through the cracks
Available to work and communicate during UK business hours
Don’t operate with a strict “that’s not my job” mindset (We learn & grow together)
Must be available to work and communicate during UK business hours/time zone
We’re specifically looking for someone who can help support and strengthen the existing creative strategy workflow.
Someone who’s comfortable jumping into scripting, concepting, research, briefs, and execution wherever needed.
Bonus if you:
Have experience with paid social creatives or UGC ads
Understand Meta Ads / TikTok ad creatives
Have used tools like Foreplay, Notion, ChatGPT/Claude, or ad libraries
Have experience writing scripts or creative briefs
Have an interest in AI tools and creative workflows

This role will begin part-time, with the intention of growing into a full-time position for the right fit.
