JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to design high-converting eCommerce experiences for fast-growing DTC brands.

We are an Australia-based Shopify agency working with established Australian and international eCommerce brands, including 7 and 8-figure businesses.

You’ll be designing landing pages, product pages, website sections and customer flows that are visually polished, mobile-first and built around conversion.

What you’ll do
Design landing pages, product pages and key eCommerce flows in Figma
Create mobile-first designs for Shopify stores
Improve website journeys using UX and conversion principles
Design clear, polished layouts with strong visual hierarchy
Work from briefs, examples and feedback from our team
Explain the reasoning behind your design decisions
What we’re looking for
Strong Figma skills
Experience designing for eCommerce, DTC or Shopify brands
Strong understanding of mobile-first design
Good eye for layout, spacing, typography and visual hierarchy
Understanding of conversion-focused UX
Ability to explain your design decisions clearly
Experience with Australian, US, UK or international eCommerce brands is highly preferred
Shopify theme experience is a bonus
Working hours

You must be available to work during Sydney business hours, or have at least strong overlap with Sydney time.

This is important because you’ll be working closely with our Australia-based team and projects often require timely communication, feedback and revisions.

What we provide

We’ll provide training, examples, resources and feedback to help you produce high-quality work for premium eCommerce brands.

This is a focused design role. We’re looking for someone who can think through the customer journey, not just create attractive screens.

To apply

Please send:

Your portfolio
A short Loom video walking through one recent eCommerce design project
A brief note explaining your exact role in that project

In your Loom, please explain the design problem, your approach and why you made specific design decisions.
