The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced sales recruiter who lives and breathes talent acquisition. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales hires — from sourcing top-tier candidates and designing screens that surface real talent, to building processes that scale and onboarding new hires so they hit the ground running.
This is not a role for someone who waits for applicants to come through the door. We need a hunter — someone who knows where the best sales talent hides and how to convince them to join us.
What You'll Do
Source high-calibre sales candidates (SDRs, AEs, team leads, and beyond) through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, outbound outreach, and creative channels
Screen and qualify candidates through structured interviews, written exercises, and role-plays
Build and continuously refine end-to-end recruitment processes that scale across multiple countries and time zones
Design and run onboarding programmes that turn new hires into productive contributors fast
Maintain a robust, pre-qualified talent pipeline so we never start a search from zero
Partner with team leads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and align on candidate profiles
Track and report on recruitment KPIs — time-to-hire, source-of-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance, and beyond
What We're Looking For
Extensive, demonstrable experience recruiting sales professionals — this is non-negotiable
A proven track record of building or significantly improving recruitment processes
Outstanding written English — every
Exceptional organisational skills — you can juggle 20+ live roles without losing a single candidate or missing a follow-up
Strong sourcing chops: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche communities, and the creative channels most recruiters overlook
Experience designing and delivering onboarding programmes that actually work
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings structure with them
