Are you a systems-driven digital marketer who loves organizing chaos into clean data? We are an expanding business looking for a high-level Marketing Operations & Social Media CRM Virtual Assistant. This is a long-term, direct-hire position (no agencies). You will own our data pipelines, making sure that every lead generated from our social media campaigns is organized, tracked, and ready to be used for our marketing growth.
Responsibilities
CRM & Database Management: Build and maintain our central source of truth (HubSpot/Airtable/Google Sheets) to track leads, audience demographics, and social media campaign performance.
Workflow Automation: Set up and manage automation bridges (Zapier/Make) to connect our social media platforms and DM automation tools (ManyChat) directly to our CRM.
Data Organization for Marketing: Segment our audience lists based on past behavior, engagement levels, and ad campaign source so we can use the data for retargeting and
Campaign Tracking & Analytics: Pull daily/weekly raw data from
Lead Cleanliness: Ensure data integrity by regularly deduplicating lists, fixing broken tracking links, and updating lead statuses.
Requirements (Must-Haves)

Systems Experience: Proven experience setting up and managing CRMs (like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or highly customized Airtable systems).
Automation Savvy: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Zapier or Make.com (you know how to troubleshoot a broken webhook).
Social Funnel Knowledge: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite,
Data Fluency: Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data sorting, and cleaning raw CSV files are second nature to you).
Reliability: A reliable workspace with a high-speed internet connection and a backup power solution.
