JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing US-based insurance restoration company looking for a skilled and motivated estimator to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This is not just a click-and-submit position — we want a genuine tea ---------- mber who takes ownership of estimates, supports the claims process end-to-end, and grows with us as the industry evolves. What You Will Estimate
Water Damage
Mitigation, drying scopes, structural drying documentation, and full repair estimates
Fire & Smoke Damage
Structural repairs, contents, cleaning scopes, board-ups, and debris removal
Mold Remediation
Remediation scopes, containment, air quality, and rebuild estimates
Contents & Pack-Out / Pack-Back
Pack-out, pack-back, inventory, cleaning, and storage scopes

Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate, detailed estimates using Xactimate and Symbility / Claim Estimate / Cotality for program (TPA/SLA), non-program, and cash claims
Write and submit supplements with clear, compliant notes to support adjuster approval and get estimates approved
Reach out to adjusters with proper documentation and follow up to ensure supplements are processed
Validate and upload claims in DASH, maintaining accurate timestamps and task tracking throughout
Collaborate with the US team daily — attend virtual meetings, team calls, and company events
Work with Matterport / DocuSketch floor plans and 3D scans to build scope-accurate estimates
Support adoption of AI-assisted estimating tools as the industry evolves
Meet daily production targets and report progress consistently — productivity is a core expectation of this role
What We Require
Demonstrated experience in Xactimate — this is non-negotiable
Experience in insurance claims estimating (restoration, property, or related field)
Strong written English communication for adjuster correspondence and claim notes
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
Availability during US business hours and willingness to collaborate in real time
Detail-oriented with strong time management and consistent follow-through on tasks
Bonus Skills (Training Available for the Right Candidate)
Symbility / Claim Estimate / Cotality experience is a major plus
MICA or Mitigate software — we will train the right candidate
Experience with TPA / SLA program claims and carrier-specific guidelines
Knowledge of DASH workflows and claim validation for upload
Prior supplement writing and adjuster communication experience
