We are seeking a highly adaptable, "Swiss Army Knife" Marketing Specialist who thrives on variety, analytics, and lead generation. In this hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between technical CRM architecture and creative execution, leveraging AI tools to scale our efforts and ensure every decision is backed by data.
The Role
This is a mid-level "Marketing Analyst" role. You will manage the technical infrastructure of our marketing department, overseeing websites, landing pages, and the CRM. You will be the firm’s expert on what is working, why it’s working, and how to optimize future performance through advanced reporting and AI-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Strategy & Execution
* Reporting Strategy: Develop and maintain an analytics strategy to provide regular and ad-hoc reports for ongoing firm communications and specific marketing campaigns.
* Data Visualization: Create dashboards and analysis utilizing tools like Google Analytics (GA4)/Salesforce to provide clear recommendations for marketing and sales.
* KPI Management: Establish goals and KPIs with the marketing team; track and analyze digital campaign performance against these metrics to ensure a high-performing feedback loop.
Technical Implementation & Data Integrity
* System Maintenance: Ensure all analytics tools, tracking systems, and data feeds are in place to accurately measure performance.
* Technical Audits: Perform regular tagging audits, data integrity checks, and set up UTM tracking codes to ensure 100% reporting accuracy.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with IT and vendors to set up conversion goals, experiments, and backend analytics for omni-channel marketing campaigns.
CRM & Website Management
* CRM Administration: Manage lead flows and reporting within Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration,data integrity, and lead-scoring accuracy.
* Website (CMS): Maintain and update the company website via WordPress, ensuring blog posts, landing pages, and team bios are current and SEO-optimized.
* Lead Gen: Build high-converting landing pages and manage contact lists for automated
* AI Content Scaling: Use generative AI to help scale content generation while maintaining brand standards and SEO best practices.
Advocacy & Support
* Strategic Advisor: Advise the team on best practices and educate stakeholders on the value of digital analytics through presentations and visualizations.
* Team Support: Provide general administrative support, including meeting scheduling and ad-hoc growth tasks.
* Continuous Learning: Stay current on the latest digital marketing tools, research methods, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
* Experience: 3–5 years of professional marketing experience with a heavy focus on analytics and lead gen.
* AI Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools (like Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to analyze data, automate workflows, and scale content.
* Marketing & Tech Tools: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress.
* Technical Skills: Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, data visualization) and deep understanding of UTM tracking logic.
