ABOUT STAFFOR CONSULTING
Staffor Consulting LLC is a McKinney, TX-based nuclear and utility staffing firm with over 20 years of exclusive focus in the energy sector. We serve as a Tier 1 preferred vendor and premier supplier across multiple MSP programs, partnering with leading managed service providers including Pinnacle Group, Allegis Global Solutions, and Guidant Global.
With approximately 50–60 active consultants deployed across the country at any given time, Staffor supports nuclear power plants, investor-owned utilities, and independent power producers with highly specialized technical talent — including nuclear operations, instrumentation & controls, maintenance, engineering, planning & scheduling, and project management professionals.
Our reputation is built on two things: the quality of every candidate we submit and the speed at which we deliver them. In MSP-managed programs, those two things are non-negotiable. We are looking for a sourcing professional who lives by the same standard.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The MSP Sourcer / Recruiting Coordinator is a critical, fast-paced role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and submitting top-tier candidates into active requisitions managed through our MSP partner portals. This position operates at the front line of Staffor's delivery operation — where speed, accuracy, and candidate quality directly impact our Tier 1 vendor standing and client relationships.
This is not a passive recruiting role. You will be working in a live submission-window environment where being 30–60 minutes late on a submittal can mean a candidate is never reviewed. You must be able to move from a new job requirement to active candidate outreach in under 20 minutes, manage multiple live reqs simultaneously under real deadline pressure, and consistently submit candidates who are genuinely qualified — not just keyword-matched.
If you thrive in high-urgency environments, take personal ownership of outcomes, and understand that a fast but wrong submission is worse than no submission at all — this role was built for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing & Outreach
• Receive new requisitions from MSP partner portals and initiate candidate outreach within 20 minutes of receipt
• Execute multi-channel outbound sourcing campaigns via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, job boards, ATS databases, and direct outreach tools
• Build and maintain a live hotlist of pre-qualified, submission-ready candidates for high-frequency nuclear and utility roles
• Engage passive candidates through personalized, credible outreach — not mass blasting
• Source against tight submission windows without sacrificing candidate quality or fit
Candidate Qualification & Screening
• Conduct rapid phone screens to verify technical alignment, availability, compensation expectations, work authorization, location, and motivation
• Distinguish between genuinely qualified candidates and keyword matches — verify that candidates understand and have owned the work on their resume
• Exercise judgment to hold back submittals when candidate fit is questionable, even under deadline pressure
• Prepare polished, MSP-ready candidate profiles and resumes for submission
• Maintain consistent screening non-negotiables across every role regardless of urgency level
Requisition Management
• Manage 10–30+ simultaneous open requisitions across multiple client programs
• Triage and prioritize reqs based on submission window, client priority, and sourcing complexity
• Navigate vague, contradictory, or unrealistic job descriptions — identify the business need behind the req and source accordingly
• Escalate req issues to the account manager when JD clarity is insufficient to source effectively
MSP Portal & ATS Operations
• Submit candidates through Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, or other VMS/MSP portals with accuracy and speed
• Maintain ATS records (Bullhorn preferred) with up-to-date candidate status, screening notes, and submission history
• Track all active outreach, pipeline status, and daily submissions in a structured, auditable format
Communication & Coordination
• Communicate proactively with the account manager and internal team on pipeline status, submittal readiness, and req challenges
• Respond to candidate and MSP communication promptly — same-hour response times are the standard, not the exception
• Represent Staffor with professionalism in every candidate and client-facing interaction
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a staffing agency, MSP, or high-volume environment
• Demonstrated experience managing 10+ simultaneous open requisitions under real submission-window pressure
• Proven ability to move from req receipt to first candidate outreach in under 20 minutes
• Strong candidate qualification instincts — ability to distinguish real fit from resume keyword matching
• Experience conducting structured phone screens with consistent non-negotiable checkpoints
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-Ray search techniques
• Familiarity with at least one ATS platform (Bullhorn strongly preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Full availability during US Central business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using contact data tools such as SignalHire, Apollo, or ZoomInfo for passive candidate outreach
• Proficiency with outreach automation or CRM platforms
Non-Negotiable Requirements
• Must be available full-time during US Central business hours — no exceptions
• Must have a reliable, high-speed WiFi connection — this role requires uninterrupted availability for sourcing, calls, and portal activity
• Must submit a voice or video introduction as part of your application — candidates who do not include this will not be advanced
• Must be able to manage urgency independently without supervision — this is a fully remote role

WHO WE ARE — AND WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Staffor has spent 20+ years earning and protecting its Tier 1 status in nuclear and utility staffing. That reputation is built submission by submission, placement by placement. The person who takes this role will be a direct extension of that standard.
We are not looking for someone who needs to be managed. We are looking for someone who sets the pace — who feels the urgency of a live submission window the same way we do, who takes personal ownership of every candidate they put forward, and who understands that this work matters because the facilities we staff matter.
If you have worked in a high-stakes MSP or agency environment, know what it means to win or lose a placement by minutes, and take pride in the quality of every submission you make — we want to hear from you.
