JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Daytime Scheduler to join our growing team.
In this role, you will coordinate schedules, manage changes, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has experience in scheduling, is highly organized, and can respond quickly to urgent staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate schedules based on client needs and staff availability
Manage last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent requests
Maintain accurate scheduling records and confirm attendance
Communicate professionally regarding schedules and updates
Handle administrative tasks such as email management, phone support, and document preparation
Assist with daily coordination to help maintain smooth operations
Track schedule adjustments and follow up as needed
Support internal reporting and documentation processes

Qualifications

Previous experience in scheduling within healthcare, home care, staffing, or a similar environment is required
Familiarity with scheduling software and communication tools
Experience with WellSky is REQUIRED
Familiarity with phone systems such as Vonage, RingCentral, Dialpad or similar tools is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work consistently during U.S. business hours
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment required
Willing to complete required onboarding and compliance training
