Real Estate Video Editor Premiere Pro 400 Dollars a Month

We are a growing real estate media company looking for a full time video editor to join our team for the long term. We specialize in producing premium one minute cinematic videos for our real estate clients. We are specifically looking for an individual with an open mindset who genuinely loves to learn and constantly improve. If you already have a solid grasp of Adobe Premiere Pro and want to master the art of cinematic storytelling and advanced color grading we want to help you elevate your skills.

Your daily routine will typically involve editing two to three videos per day though you should have the capacity to handle up to five videos during our peak periods. For each project we will provide you with a pool of 50 to 100 short raw clips. Your responsibility will be to sort through this footage select the absolute best shots and assemble a polished high quality one minute video. You will also need to apply beautiful color correction and grading to ensure the properties look luxurious and visually stunning.

Because many of our videos feature real estate agents speaking directly to the camera you must be highly proficient in English. Strong language skills are absolutely essential because we have zero tolerance for grammatical errors spelling mistakes or typos in the text overlays and captions of our final edits. You must have a sharp eye for detail to ensure all spoken words are transcribed and displayed perfectly.

To qualify for this position you must be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro. You also need a powerful computer setup that can process and render heavy footage efficiently without performance issues. A high speed internet connection is mandatory so you can smoothly download large batches of raw clips daily and upload the final edits without delays. Most importantly you must possess a growth mindset and welcome constructive feedback as a tool to sharpen your craft.

The compensation for this position is 400 dollars per month. This is a stable full time role that offers long term security along with clear opportunities for financial growth and bonuses as our business scales and your editing workflow becomes more efficient.
