JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Personal & Executive Assistant to Business Owner

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Virtual Personal & Executive Assistant to work directly with the owner of a growing business. This is not an entry-level assistant role — we need someone who can take initiative, solve problems independently, and handle tasks without constant direction.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, professional, detail-oriented, and experienced in media production, social media, meta, linkedin, go high level, management, planning, and bookings

Responsibilities
Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
Coordinate meetings, bookings, and travel arrangements
Assist with business planning and daily operations
Help organize projects, deadlines, and production schedules
Support content creation and social media management
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners
Organize emails, files, and business systems
Assist with production coordination involving lighting, cameras, and media-related projects
Anticipate needs and complete tasks without constant supervision
Help manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience with production, lighting, cameras, or media-related work
Knowledge of social media platforms and online content management
Comfortable handling bookings, scheduling, and planning
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and stay organized remotely
Professional attitude and reliable availability
