I’m looking for a highly organized, reliable, AI-savvy virtual assistant to help manage and execute my job search process.
This is a part-time remote role focused primarily on:
* Applying to jobs
* Organizing applications
* Following up through
* Tracking outreach
* Helping coordinate interviews
* Researching opportunities
* Supporting personal branding/admin tasks over time
I already have strong experience and a good track record getting interviews, but I’m currently working part-time and want someone who can help me maintain
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Is highly organized
* Learns quickly
* Can follow systems and directions carefully
* Understands AI/ChatGPT workflows
* Is proactive and detail-oriented
* Is comfortable working independently for a few focused hours per day
You do NOT need perfect spoken English.
However, you DO need:
* Strong reading/writing comprehension
* Ability to translate and adapt information properly
* Ability to communicate clearly through text/email
* Good organizational skills
* Comfort using online platforms and spreadsheets
Main responsibilities include:
* Applying to 50–100 jobs per day across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Craigslist, Google, and company websites
* Sending
* Organizing applications inside Google Sheets
* Tracking salary ranges, positions, companies, and application status
Giving end-of-day reports summarizing:
* Jobs applied to
* Salary ranges
* Follow-up status
* Any interview requests
* Any questions/problems encountered
* Finding recruiter/company
* Assisting with basic outreach and communication
* Helping schedule interviews
* Managing application flow and organization
You’ll have access to:
* My resume(s)
* Templates
* AI prompts
* Cover letter frameworks
* Outreach templates
* Google Docs/Sheets systems
* Instructions for answering common application questions
If you run into application questions you don’t know how to answer, you’ll organize them into a shared document so we can create systems and approved responses together over time.
The first week or two will involve some learning and process building, but once the workflow is established, the role becomes very straightforward and systemized.

* Canva familiarity is a plus

This role is only a few focused hours per day, not a 24/7 position.
