JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established and rapidly growing brand looking to expand our team with an experienced Shopify E-Commerce & Paid Media Manager who can help scale our online presence and drive meaningful business growth.

We are looking for someone who understands both the technical and strategic side of e-commerce — someone who can manage our Shopify store, optimize performance, run profitable advertising campaigns, and continuously improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Manage and optimize our Shopify store to improve overall performance and conversion rates
* Create, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
* Maintain healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) while driving revenue growth
* Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results
* Optimize product pages, collections, landing pages, and overall user experience
* Update and improve website design, layouts, and visual presentation
* Analyze traffic, conversion, and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities
* Work closely with our team to execute marketing and growth strategies

## Requirements

* Proven experience managing Shopify stores and scaling e-commerce brands
* Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Demonstrated success in media buying and performance marketing
* Strong understanding of conversion optimization and e-commerce strategy
* Website design experience with the ability to improve user experience and storefront presentation
* Organized, self-motivated, and able to work within a fast-paced professional team
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
