JOB OVERVIEW

Social Media Support

Create, Schedule and upload content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
Repurpose short-form content across multiple platforms
Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement
Engage with relevant accounts and communities to help grow visibility organically

Content & Story Support

Create and post Instagram/Facebook stories for Spoken Free
Share relatable wellness, journaling, mindset, and self-care content
Assist with behind-the-scenes and lifestyle-style content ideas
Repurpose quotes, prompts, short videos, and customer-focused content into engaging stories
Help maintain a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing brand presence

Website & Content Support

Make updates to WordPress websites
Upload blogs, images, and landing pages
Ensure websites remain organized, updated, and visually appealing
Assist with SEO updates and keyword implementation

Pinterest & Digital Product Support

Create and schedule Pinterest pins using Canva
Assist with Amazon and Etsy listing updates
Research keywords and trends for journals and wellness products

Administrative Support

Help organize business tasks and workflows
Track assignments and deadlines
Provide weekly progress updates
Assist with light research and project coordination

Requirements

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or Content Assistant
Strong written English and communication skills
Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with wellness, mental health, or lifestyle brands
Experience with Amazon KDP or Etsy
Familiarity with Pinterest marketing and short-form video content
Comfortable creating Instagram stories and simple lifestyle/wellness content using Canva or CapCut

Experience Level
*Intermediate Level Preferred
Ideal candidates typically have 2–5 years of experience supporting small businesses, personal brands, or content-focused businesses.

Hours & Compensation

Part-time position
