JOB OVERVIEW

We're building Eva — an AI personal assistant for European professionals and small businesses. Eva helps people manage calls, emails, and appointments, with a strong focus on privacy and simplicity. We're a small, fast-moving startup based in Hamburg, Germany, and we're growing our video presence on YouTube and our website.

What We Need
We're looking for a skilled video editor to take our AI-generated video footage and turn it into polished promotional clips — one video per week, every week.
Your responsibilities:

- Take raw AI-generated video clips and edit them into clean, compelling promotional videos
- Ensure the final output is optimized for YouTube and website embedding
- Add text overlays, captions, or simple motion graphics when needed
- Maintain a consistent visual style that matches Eva's brand — calm, modern, and professional
- Deliver on time, every week, with minimal back-and-forth

You're a great fit if you:

- Have a strong portfolio of promotional or product videos
- Are experienced with AI-generated footage
- Work confidently in Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- Can apply brand guidelines independently without needing constant direction
- Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and respond within 24 hours

Nice to have:

- Experience editing for tech or SaaS brands
- Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
- An eye for pacing — knowing when to cut, hold, and transition

What We Offer

- Fully remote, flexible hours
- One video per week — predictable, manageable workload
- Clear briefs provided for every video
- A product with a real story worth telling
- Potential to grow the scope as Eva scales

To Apply
Please send:

1. Two or three examples of promotional videos you've edited
2. A short note on your editing process — how do you approach a new video from scratch?
3. Your rate and availability
