Cottage Care Co. is looking for an experienced Amazon AWS expert to help us build and set up our company phone system and call center infrastructure.
We are a fast-growing construction and general contracting company, and we want to create a professional communication system that connects our entire team and CRMs into one centralized platform.
What We Need Help With:
• Setting up AWS-based phone/call center system
• Integrating CRMs such as Jobber and other platforms
• Call routing and team phone management
• Recording and monitoring calls
• Eliminating duplicate calls and missed leads
• Creating separate business phone systems for staff members
• Allowing multiple callers/users at once
• Setting up scalable communication infrastructure for sales and operations
Goal:
We want a professional business phone system where our team can separate personal and work communications while improving customer service, sales tracking, and operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with Amazon AWS Connect or similar AWS communication systems
• VOIP / call center setup experience
• CRM integration experience
• Strong understanding of scalable phone systems and automation
• Experience helping businesses build internal communication systems
