JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proven DTC CRO Expert to help improve our Shopify store, product pages, landing pages, cart, and overall conversion rate.

We run a fast growing 7 figure a month DTC women’s apparel/underwear brand called Madam Muse ( ---------- ) and are scaling aggressively. We need someone who understands direct response ecommerce, Meta traffic, mobile first CRO, offer presentation, PDP structure, A/B testing, and customer psychology.

What You’ll Do
Audit our Shopify store and product pages
Improve PDP structure, copy, visuals, trust, reviews, size guides, bundles, and offers
Create CRO wireframes for product pages and landing pages
Review analytics, heatmaps, recordings, and funnel data
Create clear A/B test ideas and hypotheses
Improve cart drawer, upsells, free shipping, guarantees, urgency, and checkout flow
Study competitor stores and winning DTC funnels
Help increase CVR, AOV, revenue per visitor, and profit
We Need Someone Who Understands
Shopify CRO
DTC product pages
Landing pages for paid social traffic
Mobile first ecommerce UX
Direct response copywriting
Offer presentation
A/B testing
Heatmaps and funnel analysis
Meta traffic behavior
Bundles, upsells, cart drawers, and checkout optimization

This is not a basic VA role.
This is not for someone who only makes pages look pretty.

We need someone who understands why customers buy, what stops them from buying, and how to build pages that convert cold traffic into customers.

Requirements
Proven DTC ecommerce CRO experience
Strong Shopify experience
Excellent English
Ability to explain recommendations clearly
Experience working with designers and developers
Strong eye for mobile UX and conversion psychology
Proactive, critical, and detail oriented

Bonus if you have experience with fashion, beauty, lingerie, shapewear, wellness, Replo, Figma, Hotjar, Clarity, Triple Whale, GA4, Shopify Analytics, or Intelligems.
