Malama Maika’i Health and Wellness Alliance is a growing home care organization dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, supported, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Retention & Growth Manager to lead our client relationship and retention efforts. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on preventing client churn, increasing client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to safely expand care hours based on each client's evolving needs. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong sales, account management, and problem-solving skills who thrives on building long-term relationships with clients and families.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients and families.
- Conduct routine client check-ins and care review calls.
- Proactively identify clients at risk of reducing or canceling services.
- Resolve concerns related to caregivers, scheduling, service quality, and communication before they result in lost care.
- Build strong relationships that increase client loyalty and long-term retention.
- Identify unmet care needs and recommend additional services or increased care hours when appropriate.
- Educate families on available care options, including overnight care, dementia care, respite care, post-hospital support, and 24-hour care.
Collaborate with scheduling, operations, and leadership teams to resolve client concerns.
Document all client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
Track retention opportunities, care hour growth, and client satisfaction metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, account management, customer retention, sales, or healthcare relationship management.
- Strong objection-handling, consultative sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet home office, and ability to work Hawaii business hours.
Preferred Experience:
- Home care, home health, hospice, healthcare, or senior living.
- Customer Success or Account Management.
- Healthcare or service-based sales.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients and families.
Compensation:
- Performance-based commission structure
- Weekly pay
- Full-time preferred
- Fully remote (Philippines)
Success in this role is measured by client retention, reduction in canceled care hours, client satisfaction, and growth in weekly care hours across your assigned client portfolio.
