Position: Referral Specialist / Virtual Assistant

Work Hours: Mountain Standard Time
Rate/Salary: $5 per hour

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking home service assistance (pest control, wildlife removal, plumbing, and related services)
- Engage with an average of one call every 3.5–5.5 minutes in a fast-paced, remote call center environment
- Ask targeted qualifying questions to understand the customer's specific service needs
- Verify and accurately record customer details, including contact information, service address, and nature of the issue
- Determine the appropriate service category based on customer responses
- Match and refer customers to the correct home service company/provider based on their needs and location
- Communicate clearly and efficiently to keep average call handling time under 90 seconds
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful tone throughout each customer interaction
- Follow established scripts and protocols while adapting to unique customer situations
- Meet daily/weekly call volume and quality benchmarks
- Working on a rotating schedule during Mountain Standard Time

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Excellent ENGLISH communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience with inbound and outbound calls and delivering stellar customer service
- A reliable device, strong internet connection, and a distraction-free workspace to make remote work a breeze
- Bonus points if you speak Spanish! (But don’t stress if you don’t)

REQUIREMENTS:

- A minimum internet connection speed of 150 mbps
- A good-quality headset and quiet, distraction-free workspace for focused work and professional calls
- Availability to work a rotating shift schedule within our call center hours: 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM MST
