We are a fast-growing infrastructure and trade services company based in New Zealand, specialising in drainage, plumbing, civil and pipeline services. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused CCTV Report & Documentation Specialist to support our drainage and inspection division.
This is a long-term full-time remote role responsible for preparing professional CCTV drain inspection reports, insurance documentation, client reports and job records from information supplied by field technicians.
You will work closely with drainage technicians, operations staff and management to ensure reports are accurate, professionally presented and delivered quickly to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities will include:
• Preparing professional CCTV drain inspection reports from technician footage and notes
• Reviewing drainage inspection footage and identifying key information for reports
• Uploading photos, videos and site documentation into job files
• Creating client-ready PDF reports with clear formatting and presentation
• Preparing insurance and damage assessment reports
• Organising before-and-after photos and inspection evidence
• Maintaining accurate job documentation and records
• Assisting with drainage condition assessments and fault summaries
• Preparing quotation support documents from CCTV findings
• Managing report templates and ensuring consistency across all documentation
• Communicating with technicians to clarify findings and missing information
• Logging and organising drainage footage and inspection files
• Assisting with council, insurance and property management documentation requests
• Supporting general administration tasks within the drainage and civil divisions
• Preparing daily summaries of completed reports and outstanding documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Applicants must have:
• Excellent written English communication
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to prepare professional client-facing reports
• Strong computer and file management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Experience working with PDFs, photos and digital documentation
• Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
Preferred Experience
Ideal candidates will also have experience with:
• CCTV drain inspection reporting
• Drainage, plumbing or civil construction industries
• Insurance reporting or damage documentation
• Fergus Job Management Software
• Simpro Job Management Software
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Report formatting and document presentation
• Basic understanding of drainage systems and terminology

Work Schedule
• Full time (40 hours per week)
• Must be available during New Zealand business hours
• Daily communication with operations and drainage teams
• Weekly reporting and workflow review meetings
